The water burbles in Harry's ears as he swims in search of his treasure. Distantly, the mermaids sing their melancholy song. Grindylows growl in the depths beneath him, calling for his blood. They whisper... He moves a clump of seaweed away with a webbed hand and sees him; Ronald, his best friend, the thing he would sorely miss.
