The Beech Tree, Black Lake
There is a large spreading Beech tree on the shores of the Black Lake that students sit under during warm months to study. It was a favorite spot of the Golden Trio and the Marauders. The roots are worn smooth from endless students fitting their backs up against the trunk and the stones are polished from endless skipping and returning by the Giant Squid.
