summer at Gryffindor tower
Spring is here.
The birds are singing louder.
The sun is shining and finally it gets warm.
But the exams are imminent and instead of enjoying the sun outside, you use the time indoors to learn.
It is empty in the common room. The windows are wide open and a breath of wind goes through the room. Sometimes someone walks through the tower and then disappears again. A few Gryffindors share your suffering. Sitting in front of their books and reading. A dog is snoring next to you.
The fire patters small. Someone has prepared a tea behind you. You can even smell the Earl Gray.
