Slytherin House and mermaids
Welcome fellow Slytherins to our common room! Sit by the fire as you work on your homework before you get kicked out of your seat by Draco and his no good gang or sit by the glass windows and relax while you listen to the sounds of the lake water swirl around you. Here some students sleep in arm chairs over their half completed potions essays and talk to your friends, possibly putting in a sarcastic quip or two. Maybe you will even hear the sounds of the mermaids as they sing to themselves with a haunting tone. If you look close enough at the glass, you might just see the shadow of one appear...
