Slytherin Dormitory (Water) N
The four-posters were covered in green silk hangings. During the night it was possible to listen to the lake water lapping against the windows. Even mermaid songs were said to have been listened here. Silver lanterns hung from the ceilings. The walls were decorated with Slytherin crests and Medieval tapestries depicting the adventures of famous Slytherins.
- You stay late, once again on a school night preparing for the exams with your friends. You have a bet on who is going to have the best grades. One of them has already fallen asleep, while the other one keeps up with the work, ambitious as ever. You fight to keep your eyes open but the soft waves from the Black Lake are inevitably drifting you to sleep. You decide you deserve to rest and you enter the silk sheets happily. If you're lucky, maybe you'll hear the merpeople singing tonight.
