Sleep with Severus
You just woke up in the middle of the night. It's dark and cold, even with the fire crackling in the fireplace. Well, even if not in a dungeon, his rooms are in the lower part of the Castle, and it's freezing outside. You can hear soft, calm breaths and you feel the warmth of Severus' body beside you. You smile and curl up to his side to get warmer. Now, with your head on his chest, you can hear his heartbeat. Calm and strong. You smile to yourself breathing in the smell of his body. It's herbs, soap and his cologne. Perfect. Now, close your eyes and forget for a moment about the war running and killing in the daylight. You are here together, safe and sound, at least for now. Let the morning never come.
