Shell Cottage in the afternoon
It's the middle of the afternoon and you came to sit on the threshold just outside the cottage to admire "the cliff-top view of open sky and wide, empty sea, and the feel of cold, salty wind" on your face. Behind your back, you can still hear the sounds of the house, people tidying and cleaning after lunch, gently talking or reading the news by the side of an old gramophone in the living room.
