Ravenclaw House Common Room
You've always thought it lucky that Ravenclaws get to best enjoy the storms that pass over Hogwarts. Being in the tallest tower has its benefits, and you're appreciative of the thunder that echoes around the common room. Snuggled into the side of the chaise closest to the fire with your Ancient Runes text, you can hear Fern Colwell debating the latest round of Ministry appointments spiritedly with her study group over some post-supper tea. Other Ravenclaws are sprawled about, flipping through pages of notes and mountainous textbooks, muttering to themselves and biting on quills absentmindedly. Vivienne Tallor's contraband potion is still brewing quietly in the corner- 3 weeks of work invisible to the eye thanks to a tricky concealment charm. While you hadn't initially approved of the house-wide consensus to keep quiet about it, you're now too curious about the end-product to say a word.
