But it was a bit too late for that. Both Newt and you were soaked by the time you made it in. Unfortunately the small flat you rented was in the center of town, making it hard to get to on foot. At least the job had been taken care of this afternoon. It turned out to be a Cornish pixie infestation, which was a mess. You got a bloody nose. Newt strained a hip flexor. But that's a story for another time.
Right now, you just wanted to change out of your wet clothes and into something warm. Afterwards, you took a seat in the small living quarters and propped your feet up by the fire. Newt flipped on the radio and parted the curtains, allowing a little light in. He turns and offers you his hand. A dance? Well, maybe one or two.
