my very own emdr calm place ambience to listen to when I want to go to my calm place, to help me better envision things. it is set during the marauders era and in the gryffindor common room where I can read a book on the couch by the fire, listening to the rain outside and flick through the variety of vinyls that sirius keeps out by the record player. where i can sip tea and eat chocolate and potter around the room and feel safe and know that i can do things at my own pace.
