Midnight at No. 4 Privet Drive
Despite the usual sound of Uncle Vernon barging around upstairs, midnight is the best time of day. The tranquility means you can finally read through all your textbooks under the sheets by wandlight and try muttering some phrases under your breath cautiously (you don't want to get charged with Underage Magic and risk being expelled from Hogwarts). And of course it's Hedwig's favourite time since she's free to stretch out her snowy wings and fly wherever she pleases.
