You can hear the rain beat relentlessly onto the surface of the Lake, which presses in from outside the windows. The storm won't be leaving anytime soon.
But it's okay - it's late on a Friday night and you're one of the only people left in the Common Room. You have the seat by the fire, you're reading your favourite book, and your cat is snugly asleep on your lap.
