The lake is full of mysterious creatures just out of sight. Mermaids flit about, their distant singing filling the lake. Grindylows catch anything their long fingers can find. The giant squid's tentacles drift to the water's currents, occasionally grasping the unfortunate creature for food. Soft whispers permeate the water, dangerous to any who listen for too long...
