As you stepped inside the Hufflepuff common room, the warm musky scent of firewood gently enveloped you. The room was quiet with sounds of quills scratching parchments, shuffling papers, and the occasional pop from the crackling fireplace. Determined to be productive like your fellow housemates, you sat down by the window with your bookbag. As the hazy late afternoon sunlight poured into the room, your cat leapt onto the table and stretched. It yawned and put its head beside you. Smiling at your cat, you gave a soft pat on its head then pulled out your homework. You took your quill out and began writing the first few words to your History of Magic essay.
