Before the winter holidays the Hogwarts Great Hall is decorated, the tree is up, and the students excitedly chatter. The Great Hall is crowded as students wait for the Hogwarts express. Some eat candy, laugh with one another, exchange gifts, fire off spells. The hall is festive with decorations, music, and sleigh bells.
