Aboard
Lights glowing from the portholes glittered on the dark lake water as it lapped up against the hull of the vast ship. It looked as if pulled from the bottom of the ocean nothing but a skeleton of its former glory. Wood creaked and groaned with an occasional steady sway and heavy boots that thudded across the deck or down sets of stairs that lead into the dormitories. Occasionally a snore sounded from the messy dark colored beds while fires crackled and popped quietly casting a warm dim light over the rooms. Staving off the cold from sleeping boys and girls alike.
